1. Services Provided
We design, develop, and deliver MVPs based on agreed-upon scope and timeline. Any additional work beyond the initial agreement requires a separate contract.

2. Payments & Refunds
Payments are made in milestones or upfront as per agreement.No refunds once work has commenced, unless due to our inability to deliver.

3. Client Responsibilities
Provide clear requirements, timely feedback, and necessary assets.Delays in client response may affect timelines.

4. Project Timelines
Estimated completion is 2-8 weeks, depending on the package.Delays due to third-party integrations, scope changes, or client inaction are not our responsibility.

5. Ownership & Code Rights
Upon full payment, the client owns the code, designs, and assets.We may retain non-exclusive rights to general frameworks or reusable components.

6. Post-Launch Support
Basic support is included for 1-3 months, based on the package.Extended support or further iterations require a separate agreement.

7. Liability & Warranty
We ensure a functional and deployable MVP but are not responsible for third-party failures, legal compliance, or future scalability beyond the agreed scope.

8. Confidentiality
We do not share or reuse client-specific data or ideas.Clients may not disclose our proprietary workflows or processes.

9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved through discussion; if unresolved, legal action will be handled in our operating jurisdiction.

10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms as needed. Continued engagement with our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
